Students applying for Fall Term 2008 after June 9, 2008 must submit the print version of the Common Application for Transfers. After candidates are offered admission to the college, they will receive a formal evaluation of how their credits would transfer to Centre from the Office of the Registrar, as well as information regarding housing and registration. Common Application for transfers. In addition to the Common Application for Transfers and the supporting documents included in that form, we also require the following: An official transcript of your complete high school academic record. An official ACT or SAT-1 score report. We will accept scores that are included on an official high school transcript. If you applied to Centre College within the past two years (as a graduating high school senior, for example), we should still have any previously submitted application materials on file. You will only need to supply those items listed above that we do not have on file. Please call the admission office to find out what you need to do to complete the application process.
Scholarships are available to transfer students on a competitive basis and are awarded based on academic and extracurricular merit. Care is taken to evaluate the student’s high school and college career. Financial aid is available for transfer students just as it is for incoming freshman.
