Project Horseshoe Farm is a nonprofit community health organization that offers a year-long Community Health Fellowship rooted in forming relationships and building upon the strengths of our communities. Graduating seniors pursuing careers in medicine, public health, social work, and policy are especially encouraged to apply for the Community Health Fellowship by February 18th, 2024, and all students are encouraged to inquire about internship opportunities.
